The National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA)
All retail members of NSSRA enjoy a complimentary membership to the National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA). NSGA has managed NSSRA since its inception in 1988 and provides a variety of services to specialty snow sport retailers.
Corporate and Legislative Advocacy
The National Sporting Goods Association advocates on behalf of snow sports retailers on issues such as:

- Managing employment based costs
- Trade and tariffs
